- 优化代码结构
直接在初始化时获取reference_id
简化请求生成逻辑，直接使用配置的模型ID

- 优先使用api获取，获取失败时则使用本地缓存
- 每次获取后会更新本地缓存
- 如果获取结果为空，判定为获取失败，使用本地缓存
- 前端页面添加刷新按钮，用于手动刷新本地缓存
